Seika Cookie Policy

Document status: draft; legal review pending. Prepared under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and aligned with Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and the GDPR for users in the European Union. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. What they are
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. We also use browser local storage for equivalent purposes. Below, "cookies" includes both.
2. What we use and why
Strictly necessary (always on)
They are essential for Seika to work and therefore do not require your consent, although we inform you about them.

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
3. Your choice
The first time you visit we show a notice with Accept all, Necessary only and Customize. Declining optional cookies does not limit your use of Seika. You can change your decision at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. We store your decision with the version of this policy and its date. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser, although the necessary ones are required to sign in.
4. Third parties
Cloudflare (Turnstile) and, if you accept, Vercel (analytics) may process technical data in the United States. More detail in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5. Changes
If we add new non-necessary cookies, we will ask for your consent again before enabling them.
